This is where “I’ll start again Monday” finally ends.
NEURO-informed health and wellness coaching grounded in brain health principles – to build steady energy, resilience and whole-body vitality now (and protect your wellbeing long term).
A long-term, evidence-led approach to health that supports your real life – so energy, consistency, and self-trust can grow together.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing “the right things” but still not getting the outcome you want – you’re not alone.
The problem isn’t that you don’t care. It’s that the health space is loud.
Conflicting advice. Out-of-context science. “Hacks” that work until life gets busy. And after a while, it gets genuinely hard to know what matters, what’s optional, and where to start for your body and season of life.
ELEVATE is a different way forward: evidence-led, NEURO-informed, and built for real life. We strip away the noise, focus on fundamentals that the balance of evidence supports, and sequence change in a way that improves how you feel first – so consistency becomes easier to sustain.
What we focus on: energy, sleep, stress load, environment, nourishment, movement, and the cognitive habits that support long-term brain and full body health – without turning your life into a full-time project.
This is a premium, limited-capacity coaching experience. I’ll reply within 1 business day with current availability, pricing, and a few questions to help us both decide whether ELEVATE is a fit.
What you’ll get
- Clarity and direction – so you know what to focus on (and what to ignore)
- A structure that holds up in real life – travel, stress, busy weeks, imperfect days
- A brain-first approach to follow-through – so progress isn’t dependent on motivation
- 8-week guided experience + curriculum – so you’re not guessing the sequence
- Evidence-based NEURO framework across nutrition, movement, stress, sleep and cognitive habits
- Weekly 1:1 sessions – to provide guidance, accountability and real-time support as you move through the program (8 × 30 minutes)
- Between-session support – so questions don’t stall your progress (Mon–Fri WhatsApp + email)
- 30-day follow-up call after the 8-week program to consolidate progress and plan your next steps (45 minutes)

Why this approach exists
Most of the leading causes of chronic illness and early death aren’t random.
Heart disease, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, and cognitive decline are strongly influenced by how we live day to day – not just genetics or bad luck.
Many of the conditions people worry about “later in life” are shaped much earlier than we realise. The encouraging part is that everyday habits around nourishment, movement, sleep, stress, and connection play a powerful role – often well before later life.
The challenge isn’t a lack of caring or effort. It’s that the health space is loud, fragmented, and often focused on short-term fixes, fear, or extremes, rather than what actually supports health over the long term.
ELEVATE exists to help you work with those realities – grounded in evidence, not hype – and in a way that’s sustainable in real life. Because when habits support real life, not ideal conditions, your progress is no longer fragile, and starts compounding.
Most people don’t struggle because they lack discipline or motivation. They struggle because the health space is loud. Conflicting advice. Out-of-context science. “Hacks” that work until real life shows up. After a while, it becomes genuinely hard to know what matters, what’s optional, and where to start for your body and season of life.
This is where ELEVATE is different. It’s evidence-led, NEURO-informed, and built for real life. We strip away the noise, focus on fundamentals supported by the balance of evidence, and sequence change in a way that improves how you feel first – so consistency becomes easier to sustain.
Who ELEVATE is for
ELEVATE is for people who want more than surface-level change – people who want steadier energy, clearer thinking, better stress tolerance, and a way of supporting their health now and into the future.
- You’ve tried a lot – diets, plans, resets – and you’re tired of the cycle: strong start → life gets busy → momentum fades → start again
- You feel overloaded by conflicting health advice and want clarity you can trust – grounded in evidence, not hype or extremes
- You want steadier energy, fewer crashes, and a clearer head day-to-day – changes that actually feel good in real life
- You care about your long-term health (brain, heart, metabolic health), and want to understand how everyday habits actually influence that
- You’ve realised that knowing what to do is only part of the issue – it’s making change stick when life is stressful, busy, or imperfect
- You want to improve how you feel in your body and mind without living in restriction or turning exercise into punishment
- You’re ready for a structured approach that still allows flexibility, enjoyment, and real life – without constant second-guessing
ELEVATE is about building a way of living that supports your brain, body and energy over time – not chasing temporary results.
This may not be for you if …
- You’re looking for a quick fix, reset, or short-term solution you can return from unchanged
- You’re not willing to make adjustments to habits, routines, or food choices when they’re no longer supporting your health
- You’re firmly committed to a low-carb or ketogenic approach and not open to exploring evidence-based, plant-forward nutrition
- You want weight loss at any cost, without regard for long-term health
- You’re looking for change without being willing to examine or adjust the habits, environments, or patterns that are currently keeping things the same
Change here is supported, not forced – but it does require curiosity, honesty, and participation.
Why progress often feels harder than it should
Most people don’t struggle because they lack discipline or motivation. They struggle because they’re trying to change habits while carrying a full cognitive load – work, family, decisions, stress – all competing for the same limited energy.
When sleep is compromised, stress is chronic or poorly recovered from, or mental load is relentless, the brain naturally falls back on what’s familiar and efficient. Under pressure, it prioritises conservation over change.
That’s why behaviours like overeating, drinking, scrolling, or checking out often show up during busy or emotionally demanding periods. They’re ways the nervous system tries to regulate stress and keep things moving, especially when capacity is low.
Not all stress is harmful. Challenge, effort, learning, and purposeful discomfort are important for brain health. Where problems arise is when stress becomes constant, unsupported, and never given the chance to resolve. The brain thrives on challenge, but it struggles when pressure is continuous and recovery is missing.
What’s absent from many approaches isn’t information – it’s support for the systems that make follow-through possible. Energy, recovery, nervous system regulation, and environment all shape how easy or hard change feels. When those are addressed, different choices stop feeling like uphill battles.
This is the lens ELEVATE works through.
Rather than relying on willpower, we focus on restoring capacity, reducing friction, and building habits that still hold up when life is busy, messy, or unpredictable.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building habits that support your health long-term – and restore confidence, calm, and trust in yourself along the way.
What this looks like in practice
There’s no shortage of health advice – some evidence-based, some oversimplified, and some driven more by trends than long-term outcomes.
The challenge isn’t effort or intention. It’s knowing what to prioritise, what to ignore, and how to apply the right principles when life isn’t calm or predictable.
ELEVATE helps you cut through the noise and focus on what genuinely matters for your body, your brain, and your current season of life – so progress holds up beyond ideal conditions.
The work unfolds across four focused modules, each designed to build clarity, capacity, and confidence – without overwhelm.
1. Set yourself up to succeed
Before changing habits, you learn how to use this program in real life and address the mental patterns that have quietly undermined past attempts. This module helps you move out of perfectionism, all-or-nothing thinking, and reliance on motivation.
By the end: you’ll know how to pace yourself, take small strategic steps, and build steady confidence.
2. The energy and direction blueprint
This is where everything starts to make sense. You’ll learn why the NEURO principles matter now, how daily choices shape your brain, metabolism, mood and energy, and why progress can feel harder than it should even when you’re doing the right things.
By the end: you’ll have clear direction and a realistic starting line.
3. Fuel yourself to feel and function better
You’ll learn how to build plant-powered meals that stabilise energy, support clearer thinking, and help your body feel strong and well-nourished. This module unpacks why a “healthy” diet can still backfire – and how to adjust without extremes.
By the end: you’ll know how to nourish yourself in a way that supports performance and sustainability.
4. Make it yours
Life doesn’t pause just because you’re improving your health. This module helps you navigate stress, disrupted routines, busy periods, social events and travel – without slipping back into all-or-nothing thinking.
By the end: you’ll have a personal toolbox you can use in any season of life.
Across the modules, we work with nourishment, movement, stress, sleep, connection and cognitive habits – not as separate projects, but as interconnected inputs that shape energy, resilience, and long-term brain health.
At this point, many people realise something important.
Most people have already invested a lot of time, energy, and money trying to solve this – different programs, different approaches, different promises. This isn’t about adding another thing to that list. It’s about helping you finally understand the fundamentals, so everything else becomes optional rather than necessary.
The biggest shift isn’t just better habits. It’s confidence.
People learn how to course-correct, adjust, and keep moving forward without needing another “solution” every time life throws something at them. That’s something that stays with them long after the coaching itself.
Over time, who you are is shaped by what you practise.
Most people don’t feel stuck because they lack potential – they feel stuck because they’ve been practising the same patterns and responses for years, often without realising it.
Change doesn’t come from becoming someone else.
It comes from changing what you practise, consistently, in a way that fits your real life.
That’s the difference between learning information, and learning how to support yourself.
A quick note about me
Hi, I’m Louisa (Anne).
I created ELEVATE because I know what it’s like to do “healthy” and still feel stuck – especially when perfectionism and all-or-nothing thinking quietly undermine progress.
- Lived experience: I’ve had decades navigating dieting culture, training, plant-based eating and body recomposition – and learning what actually supports long-term change.
- Evidence-based education: I’m a certified health and wellness coach and NEURO coach, with qualifications in nutrition. You can read more about my training and professional background here.
- Professional contribution: Worked on plant-based nutrition education programs for healthcare providers and the public over the past three years, including program development, management and collaboration with medical professionals on evidence-based content.
Most importantly, I don’t teach perfection. I teach practical, sustainable habits that support real life – including flexibility, enjoyment, and self-trust.
You may come to this wanting better health or weight loss.
You may leave with something harder to quantify, but more durable: a growing sense of calm confidence and self-trust, even when life isn’t calm.
